• Identification details: surname, first name, address, telephone number, email address.
• Vehicle details: make, model, chassis number, mileage — only for chiptuning or a purchase.
• Payment details: processed through Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Technical data: IP address, cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes

• Providing our services (chiptuning, sales, support).
• Communication regarding appointments.
• Legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
• Marketing (with consent only).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contractual necessity, a legal obligation, legitimate interest or your consent (Article 6 GDPR).

5. Retention period

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for its purpose, and for a maximum of 10 years for accounting obligations.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We only disclose data to necessary processors (Stripe for payments, Google for reviews/analytics, hosting). Never for commercial resale.
