Terms of Service
Please read our terms carefully before booking a service.
1. General Vehicle Condition
By booking a tuning service with AutoHan Performance, the customer confirms that the vehicle is in good mechanical condition and has been regularly maintained. Chiptuning increases the load on engine components. AutoHan Performance is not liable for any pre-existing issues or the failure of worn hardware components (such as turbos, clutches, dual-mass flywheels, or gearboxes) that may occur after software optimization.
2. Off-Road & Motorsport Use (Deletes)
Certain services, specifically including but not limited to DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Delete, EGR Delete, AdBlue/SCR Delete, Decat, and OPF/GPF Removal, are strictly intended for motorsport, track, or off-road use only.
Under Belgian and EU law, vehicles with these modifications may not be legally driven on public roads and will fail technical inspections (Autokeuring / Contrôle Technique). The customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the use of the vehicle. AutoHan Performance waives all liability for fines, impounding, or legal consequences arising from the use of modified vehicles on public roads.
3. Software Warranty
AutoHan Performance guarantees the integrity of the flashed software. If a dealership overrides or updates the ECU and erases our tuning file, we offer a re-flash service at a heavily discounted rate (labor fee only), provided the vehicle hardware remains unchanged. We do not offer warranties on the engine or drivetrain itself.
4. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region of Flanders, Belgium.
