Custom Digital Goods Exemption

Chiptuning, mapping, and ECU software calibrations provided by AutoHan Performance are highly customized digital products tailored specifically to your vehicle's ECU data. Under EU Consumer Rights legislation, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made digital content once the installation (flashing) process has begun. Therefore, tuning software is strictly non-refundable.

Stock Reversion (Satisfaction Guarantee)

We want our customers to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with the tuning results and notify us within 14 days of the service, we will offer to flash your vehicle back to its original stock file free of charge.

However, please note that even if the vehicle is reverted to stock, labor, diagnostic, and travel fees (for mobile tuning) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Hardware & Accessories

If physical tuning parts (e.g., downpipes, filters) are purchased without installation, they can be returned within 14 days provided they are uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Installed hardware cannot be refunded.
